Amoxicillin Trihydrate is used for systemic bacterial infections. The drug can be administered orally or injected. Dosage is dependent upon the fish's weight - 40-80 mg/Kg fish - and treatment should last a full 10 days.

WARNING: Be sure to perform the treatment for the full term so as to prevent relapse or the development of resistant bacterial strains.
